Test Execution is created by two specyfic issue types:

This two type gives you an opportunity to create the execution of tests. Test Plan is a parent issue type that aggregates Test Cases (executable copies of Test Case Templates) in the special panel. Thanks to the Test Plan, you can prepare tests to pass on to testers.
