In order to use Issue Link Manager you need to activate Issue Linking for the entire Jira instance and users must have Link Issues permissions in the particular project where the app will be used.

Steps

to use Issue Link Manager:

  1. In the issue view go to the Actions menu

  2. Select Issue Link Manager.

     

  3. In the Source issues, select issues from which you want to move linked issues. You can pick max 5 issues.

    The Source issues field is always filled with the issue key from which you used the Issue Link Manager.

     

  4. In the Target issues field, select issues to which you want to move linked issues. You can pick max 5 issues.

     

  5. Choose how the links should behave.

    You have two options:

    1. Copy from the source issue

    2. Copy & remove from source issue

  6. Select linked issues to move.

     

  7. Click Linked issues to perform the operation.

Result

Links have been copied to the target issue.
