Health Board collects all important information about synchronization configuration status.
You can get to the panel in IssueSYNC → Configuration → Troubleshooting → Health Board
Connections:
- Shows if remote JIRA is online and accessible
- It tells you if the communication with remote JIRA can be obtained
Contexts:
- Shows you if context is enabled
- It tells you if issues matching the context can be synchronized
Services:
- Allows you to run services manually.
Messages:
- Shows how many incoming or outgoing errors are stored.
- You can (bulk) retry processing incoming or outgoing messages. It is recommended when you change configuration once problem is resolved.
Archivization:
- You can archive messages (older than configured days amount)
- You can delete archived messages

- It tells you if the communication with remote JIRA can be obtained
Contexts: - Shows you if context is enabled
- Shows you if context is healthy (example: no fields has been removed from field mapping in remote JIRA instance)
- It tells you if issues matching the contract can be synchronized
Services: - Tells you if service is working properly and has no trouble to finish.
Integrity Check: Logs: - Gives you information about changes that has been made to local and remote issue
- Gives you information if change has been successfully replicated in remote issue
- Informs you about errors in synchronization
