IssueSYNC v2 introduces brand new look & feel for administrator.
If you already know IssueSYNC v1.x, here are main changes:
- Synchronization scheme was introduced. It is a configuration with a given name that holds all the information about synchronization (separated in parts like connection, contexts, field mapping, triggers, comments, attachments, workflow, worklogs). For each old contract a new synchronization scheme will be created with proper, relevant contract data.
- Context creation was simplified. You can easily create new contexts for a selected synchronization scheme by providing information about project, issue type and remote contract only.
- Technical user creation was changed. It is created based on actual Jira users (picked from a dropdown list). It is not bounded to a single connection and can be reused.
- Default settings for configuration like comment or attachments will be now set every time you create new synchronization scheme.
