Searching with JQL

You can search over remote issue key using JQL. You need to setup Synchronized Issues View custom field first.

  • Use text search operator ~


Synchronized Issue View CF

  • Use this custom field especially if you want to search over Remote Issue Key.
  • If there is more than one associated remote key, they will be separated with comma.

This custom field can be added by JIRA administrator. It is used to show remote issue key.
