Synchronization Schemes - here you have stored all configuration about what data is synchronized.

Connections - here you can create and edit connections with other JIRA instances.

Technical User

You can access Technical User configuration section through button on top panel.

You can create a Technical User based on actual Jira user and set him a password here.

You can reuse created user in multiple connections then.


Workflow Scheme - here you create workflow mapping schemes, they are key to synchronize transitions between JIRA instances
