Since version 2.10.0, IssueSYNC configuration includes a Troubleshooting tab.

Every configuration problem will generate a notification on the Troubleshooting tab. 

Inside, you will find tools to diagnose and solve common synchronization and configuration problems.

There is also an option to download ZIP files with logs that are helpful when contacting IssueSYNC support.
