Information on processing of personal data of contact and cooperation persons

Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing

Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to the process of entering into and performing the contract entered into between us and the entity on whose behalf you are acting.

 

The basis for the processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest, which is the possibility of performing the contract. We also consider our legitimate interests to be the possibility of asserting and defending claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Categories and source of personal data

We process the following categories of your personal data: identification data (first name, last name, official position), contact data to the extent provided by you or the entity on whose behalf you are acting (e-mail address, name of the entity on whose behalf you are acting).

Recipients of the data

Your personal data may be shared with other data recipients, including entities that process personal data on our behalf (e.g., providing IT support services, archiving). Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be kept until our legitimate interests forming the basis of this processing are fulfilled. This includes the statute of limitations for any claims arising from a contract between us and the entity on whose behalf you are acting.

Entitlements

You have the right to access your data and to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
