Plugin have internal support file generation mechanism. Please send generated file during first contact with us - this action shorten the time needed to investigate your issue. To download that file:

• Go to Administration > Add-ons.
• Select Support File item in Conditions Validator section from the menu.
• Click Download support file button to get file.
